A wonderful evening with The Hanover Band and Chorus

A magnificent performance of Handel’s Messiah delighted the audience on 15th December in Steyning Parish Church. The internationally acclaimed Hanover Band and Hanover Chorus gave this seasonal masterpiece to more than 200 people, to create a very special and memorable evening – despite arctic weather outside.

The church lighting, which was installed just last year, meant the audience enjoyed the church’s spectacular architecture at its best, amid music from the 20-piece orchestra, with choir of 16 people and four soloists. Based in Sussex, the Hanover Band and Chorus give concerts all over the world.
